One Grass + Two Grass = Bluegrass + Newgrass

One Grass + Two Grass = Bluegrass + Newgrass. There are certainly plenty more sums, factors, outcomes and equivalents in the equation, but one thing is certain, almost scientific: One Grass Two Grass’ style of reinvented and revived modern bluegrass sounds usually equate to a hip-swayin, barn-stormin’ rip roarin’ good time! The SF Bay band has steadily gained an active fan base since its inception, largely as a result of active touring, festival appearances and down-home word-of-mouth generosity.

Mood and muse, two inexplicably intertwined elements of an ethereal nature, yet their power to move both body and mind know no bounds.  Flowing throughout the in-between like gravity and wind, these forces are foundational and creative to the many worlds that arise out of the relationship of things, out of the happenings originated by togetherness; a place born betwixt seed and light, lung and tree, heart and rhythm, a place where all things come together to form each thing (each moment) throughout all size and time.  And where all things come together—so too, does mood and muse.<

The second day of Coachella 2018 began much more pleasant and organized than the first. An armada of buses awaited festival goers at each of the myriad bus stops in contrast to a shortage of transportation the first day. A small of army of security personnel sorted through the personal belongings of the masses efficiently, getting people through the gates as quickly as possible.
